Refund Policy

Online Purchases

You are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days, which begins on the day you receive the goods. During this period you are free to return the goods to us in the original condition that you received them (unused and in original packaging) and will receive a full refund. You will be required to cover the return postage costs. If you wish to cancel your contract with us within the 14 day cooling off period email us at info@myyogamaster.com and we will inform you of the address to send the items to.

We are happy to assist you with the return of items purchased online that are unsuitable once we are notified within 14 days from the day after delivery of the item(s). Once we are informed of your decision to cancel and return your order, you have a further 14 days from the date you cancelled to return any item(s) to us. While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. They must be in a resalable, as sold condition.

  1. You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the products can be resold at full price.
  2. You have not used the product.
  3. The product contains no personal data and is not registered to a user.

Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the original order and will be issued once the goods have been returned to us. Please be aware that we will cover return costs only if the goods are faulty.

Some exclusions to our returns policy apply:

  1. Unless faulty, we reserve the right to reject returns where installation/assembly on a product has already begun.
  2. Where items are not in a resaleable as sold condition, or where packaging and labels have been disposed of.
  3. For software products where the tamper proof seal has been broken and on custom orders or bespoke products.

As per the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, if you wish to return goods you have purchased from our website, you can notify us by submitting a Cancellation Form.

  2. Gift Certificates:Gift certificates are typically non-refundable and may have restrictions on transferability.
  3. Physical Goods (Mats, Props, etc.): Shipping costs.
  4. Used or Damaged Items: Many studios will not accept returns for used, altered, or damaged items, especially yoga mats, props, and clothing.
  5. Specific Restrictions: Some studios may have additional restrictions, such as not accepting returns on certain items (e.g., underwear, face masks) or items bought as part of a multi-buy promotion.
  6. Proof of Purchase: You'll generally need a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
  7. Shipping: If returning items by post, you are usually responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the items are properly packaged and insured.
  8. Refund Processing:Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after the returned item is received and inspected, but it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account.

A fee may apply, where the item(s) returned have diminished in value through handling the item beyond what is necessary to inspect the features and characteristics of the item(s).

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you are entitled to certain remedies when you experience a problem with a product you have purchased. A remedy can be a repair or a replacement product, a refund, a price reduction or you can exercise your short-term right to cancel. These remedies apply only if you purchased on or after 29th November 2022. You have slightly different rights if you purchased on or before 28th November 2022 or if you purchased online.
